Why
buy art, every now and then people will ask me this question. Why buy
real art when you can go to IKEA and get mass produced orchids printed
on canvas. Yes, perhaps an artist along the way did actually "paint"
what's now a commodity hanging up in living rooms across the planet. So I
suppose the real question is, why buy original art. Why, well for
starters art not only makes a space but in my opinion, improves your
general well being. I often trade art with fellow artists. Seeing these
works of art hanging on the wall, or some cases, free-standing, gives me
a feeling of wholeness as if my room were no longer just a room but a
window of creativity.
Art
can bear enormous sentimental value regardless of the price tag on the
piece. When you find a piece of art you love, knowing that someone out
their heart and soul into creating something so individual makes it
priceless. Of course, there's the aesthetic side to buying art. We all
want something that makes an interior stand out while harmonizing the
surrounding decor.
I
started Bespoke4interiors because it was my dream to share my passion
of making abstract art. You don't have to be an expert in art to know
what you like. Art is a universal language and this is my version of it.
